What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental is one month.

 

What hours can I access my goods?

Normal access is between 6 am and 9 pm

24-hour access by prior arrangement.

 

Who has the key to my unit?

You lock the unit with your own padlock and keep the key.

 

What security do you have at the facility?  

The facility has 24 hours 1080p video surveillance,

a monitored alarm system, tall barb wire fences and gated access.

 

Is there any charge for the courtesy trailer?

No, there is no charge for our customers to use the courtesy trailer.

 

Do you charge an admin fee?

No, there is no admin or extra charges.

 

Can I move to a smaller unit?

Yes, we are totally flexible. If you require a bigger or smaller unit, you can change it at any time.

The roller door opening is 2.4m wide by 2.1m high.
